Account status

The account status dashboard provides a broad overview of your account. In this dashboard you can view account balance, plan details and customer account summary.

Quick Guide

Step 1: Status

  1. Log into your Management CAP
  2. Select Customer > select customer > Account Status
  3. In the Status section you can:
    • Suspend or Cancel the customer, when you cancel a customer please not that you will loose all their information and it cannot be reversed.
    • At a glance see their account balance, and if Auto top-up and debit are active.
    • If the IOU, credit limit and fraud spend, CC failures, fraud overseas calls  functions are active.

Quick Guide

Step 2: Customer account summary

  1. Log into your Management CAP
  2. Select Customer > select customer > Account Status
  3. In the Customer account summary section you can
    • Select a month billing cycle to see an overview for that given month.
    • View what plan they are on and the charges for that plan.
    • View payments made in the select billing cycle.
    • View a summary of calls and charges made to their account. By selecting either Service type, Billing group or Call date you can view a break down summary of the account.
