Create a Number Port Request

YourCloudTelco supports number porting which means that you can bring your current number with you to use on theYourCloudTelco network. Porting charges apply to each port request that is submitted.

You will need to complete an online port request form to bring any numbers into YourCloudTelco.

In Australia we have three port request types:

  • Simple Port: This refers to a single number and can generally be completed within seven working days so long as the number isn’t part of an ISDN group of a larger block of numbers.
  • Complex Port: More than one number. Complex ports typically take 4-5 week to process.
  • Special Port: This refers to a single 1300 or 1800 number and can generally be completed within seven working days.
